How to reach the Church
Take a taxi from Neral railway station to Dasturi the entry place for Matheran (no entry for vehicles )
Pay entry fee of Rs 50 at the entry gate
From Dasturi you be ready to walk for 45 minutes
If you are not strong to walk you can hire a horse or cart for approximate charges Rs 300/
If u are lucky u can take a toy train from Dasturi to Matheran station
Lodging and boarding at the church with prior booking
The church at Matheran is 164 years old
